Ingredients
  • 1 pound pork loin
  • ⅓ + ¼ cup coconut milk (or whole milk)
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 coriander roots, washed
  • 1 teaspoon + 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon corn flour
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 10 to 15 wooden skewers (before using skewers make sure to soak them in water 30 minutes so the sticks don’t get burnt while the pork is cooking)
