Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Use food processor to chop and mix in one step.
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup shredded reduced-fat Italian blend cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herb blend
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg white, beaten

  • You'll use the bottom of two sheet pans for this recipe. Though it sounds weird, this makes it easier to remove the crusts from the pan.
