Instant Pot Creamsicle Moonshine
  • 1 gallon Orange Juice, no pulp
  • (I have a 6qt IP so I filled my IP almost to the Max point)
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 3 cups 190 proof Everclear (Add after batch has cooled down)
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Vodka ( Add after cooled)
  • Mason jars w/ lids
  1. Add all ingredients in order EXCEPT THE EVERCLEAR & VANILLA VODKA
  2. Sauté until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pressure Cook for 35 Mins.
  4. Let cool in the fridge, then add Everclear & Vodka to your liking.
  • Depending on what size IP you have increase or decrease your ingredients 
  • This has creamer in it so it NEEDS TO BE REFRIGERATED after putting it into your jars.
