Homemade Alfredo Sauce Mix
Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp black pepper
Steps
  1. Mix everything together in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
  2. subheading: To make the Alfredo sauce:
  3. 1 quart heavy cream
  4. 4 cloves of garlic crushed or 4 to 5 tsp of minced garlic
  5. 4 to 6 oz White American cheese (optional)
  6. Whisk in all of the dry alfredo mix and stir until thickened.
  7. Stir in the fresh garlic and if desired add in white American cheese.
  8. Pour over 1lbs pasta.
