Ingredients
  • In a large pan on medium heat add
  • 1 tablespoon of oil from a Sun-Dried Tomato jar
  • 1 cup of finely diced shallots or onions
  • 10 cloves of minced garlic
  • red pepper flakes (if you want it to be spicy)
  • one 6 ounce can of tomato paste
  • Let this all simmer for about 3 minutes (stirring frequently) and then add
  • 1 cup of dry white wine (I use Chardonnay)
  • Let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • Then add
  • 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ cup of grated parmesan
  • ½ cup of julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes (drained from the oil)
