  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 6 large slices of filo pastry
  • 60g butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • pinch of cinnamon
