Ingredients
  • 2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered

  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed (optional)

  • 4 cups savoy cabbage, washed and shredded
  • 3 to 4 cups green kale, washed, stalks removed and shredded
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste
