  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (Optional)

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 30 lumpia wrappers
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
