  • ⅔ cup Dark brown sugar
  • 5 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 3 inch Piece of ginger (finely chopped)
  • 4 Green onion (thinly sliced, whites and greens separated)
  • 6 pieces Chicken thigh (bone-in, skin-on)
