Canned Sardine Sandwich

My recipe box consists of Whole Foods plant based recipes. I have been wfpb for the last year and have found it fun to find new and tasty recipes. Hope you enjoy them too

4 ½ oz canned sardines packed in oil.

1 scallion, sliced thinly

2 Tbs chopped cilantro

1 ½ Tbs mayo

½ tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp capers

6 slices sourdough bread

Greens such as crunchy lettuce or spinach
