  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 3 Tbsp cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • subheading: For the Lemon Glaze:
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp lemon juice, or as needed to reach drizzling consistency
