  • 500 grams brussel sprouts, trimmed and shredded
  • 1 sachet Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon - Limited Edition
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 125 grams pomegranate seeds
  • 100 grams walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 100 grams rocket
  • 50 grams parmesan, peeled into slivers
  • 125 grams bacon lardons, fried and crispy (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder Mill
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
