  • 2 tablespoons almond butter, cashew butter or peanut butter (smooth, not crunchy)
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
