Vegan Peanut Butter Granola (Oil-Free)
  • ½ cup brown rice syrup - This is important for cluster-y granola. Can sub maple syrup, if desired, and omit the extra 3 Tbsp maple syrup below.
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter, salted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats - Certified gluten-free if needed.
  • ½ cup roasted, unsalted peanuts
