  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

  • 14 ounces canned coconut milk
  • 2 heaping tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 3 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour whisked in 2 tablespoons water
