  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and warm
  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate
  • Sprinkles, for topping
  • Chopped pistachios, for topping
  • Coconut flakes, for topping
