  • 1 ¼ cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 ⅓ cups whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons cornstarch (optional see notes)
  • ⅓ cup toasted coconut
