  • 1 ½ teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut water, strained if pulpy
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 2 fresh Thai chiles or 1 serrano chile, thinly sliced (optional)
