Ingredients
  • ¼ cup water (plus more as needed)
  • 1 Tbsp flax meal
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seed
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard (or brown mustard)
  • 1 ½ Tbsps balsamic vinegar
  • ½ to 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 dash ground black pepper (optional)
  • 2 tsps pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp tahini (optional, see Chef’s Notes)
  • salt (optional, to taste)
