Keto - Creamed Spinach
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or virgin olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic per person
  • 8 ounces frozen spinach per person
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter per person
  • 2 ounces cream cheese per person
Steps
  1. Heat avocado oil in pan
  2. Add minced garlic and brown on low
  3. Add thawed spinach and heat until extra moisture is evaporated
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add butter and cream cheese, and stir while heating on low until melted
