  • 1 package (14-ounce) Andouille sausage - sliced
  • 1 can (15-ounce) petite diced tomatoes - undrained
  • ½ pound large shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • Tabasco sauce - to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley - divided
