  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed, optional
