  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼- teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and fresh ground pepper , to taste
  • lemon zest , fresh cracked pepper, and dried oregano, for garnish
