Spicy Asian Pork Cabbage

  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

  • 1 large head green cabbage
  • 1 container (12-ounce) broccoli slaw
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 bunch of scallions, white and light green part only, chopped, divided
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 large egg
