(1) Easy, Healthy Red Lentil Wraps

Here's the recipe: (don't forget to like and subscribe ) Ingredients: Serves 4 - 1 cup red lentils - 1 cup water - 1 tsp salt Instructions: - Rinse a cup of red lentils - Soak for 6 hours to overnight - Drain and rinse until the water runs clear - Add to a blender with 1 tsp of salt and 1 cup of fresh water. Blend on high speed until perfectly smooth. - Heat a pan on medium heat with a little bit of olive oil. Pour about ½ a cup of batter at a time, cooking until the bottom gets a light brown colour (around 1 minute for me). Flip and cook for another minute. To serve: in the video, I am using hummus, roasted veggies (red onions, cauliflower, pumpkin, carrots) spiced with curry powder, baby spinach, and sauerkraut. So delicious!
