Ingredients
  • 3 lbs English cucumber
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 T salt
  • 1 T Toasted Sesame seeds
  • Sesame seed oil
  • ⅛ to ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • Sriracha
  • Hoisin 1 T
  • Splash of soy 1 tsp
Steps
  1. Mix cucumber, salt and sugar set in fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Drain cukes. Rinse if they seem too salty.
  3. Add other ingredients till you like it.
