Crispy Oil-Free Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pounds small red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp of low-sodium veggie broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: you can use freshly chopped rosemary and thyme. Be sure to double the amount, as fresh herbs are less intense than dried herbs.
