  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced or pressed
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • pinch of sugar
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup basil slivered
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
