Ricotta Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ricotta
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
Steps
  1. Mix all together and once mixed, add two teaspoons of corn starch and stir well.  If desired, add at this time one-teaspoon of vanilla and stir.
  2. Pour mix into pie-dough shell and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon on top of mix.
  3. Bake in 400* oven for 35 minutes or until you see it is solid.
