Beef-Style Walnut Meat
Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw California walnuts , soaked in cool water 20 minutes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup minced yellow onion
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (optional*)
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano (or 2 Tbsp fresh minced oregano)
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper **
