Ingredients
  • This one was a total experiment. Nobody has done a video of beef tips and noodles. Bought about 2½ pounds of stew meat, package of dry onion soup mix, 2 packages of brown gravy mix, dried marjoram, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, 1 prechopped onion, 1 container of beef broth, 1 package of egg noodles. In a 6 quart ultra, sauté the onions and stew meat til liquid is gone. Add the dry ingredients and stir. I added the whole container of beef broth( about 4 cups ) and then another cup of hot water. Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. Natural release for about 15 minutes then quick release. I added the egg noodles and a ½ stick of butter and sautéed until the noodles were soft. Still needed more flavor so I added 2 spoons of better than bouillon beef base and the gravy mix. Turned out fantabulous! Meat was super tender. I’ll link the video I used for the ingredients in the comments.
