Healthy Instant Pot Ranch Pork Tenderloin {21 Day Fix
Ingredients
  • subheading: Ranch Seasoning:
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp dried dill
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • black pepper, I didn't measure this, but I used about 6 cranks of my peppermill
  • subheading: For the Instant Pot / Slow Cooker:
  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 ½ lbs), trimmed
  • ½ cup low-sodium, fat free chicken broth
  • subheading: Gravy:
  • ¾ cup of the cooking liquid (if it makes slightly less liquid that's ok!)
  • ⅓ cup cottage cheese (1% or 2%)
  • 3 Tbs Greek yogurt (1%, 2% or non-fat)
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • ¾ tsp dried dill
  • subheading: Garnish (optional):
  • chopped chives, however much you like!
