Sea Salt & Apple Cider Vinegar Almonds

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 3 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  1. Soak almonds overnight in bowl of filtered water and
  2. ½ tsp sea salt, leave them on the bench to soak, making them super easy to digest and removing any toxins from the nuts
  3. The next day drain and rinse almonds Preheat oven to 50 degrees Celsius Dry off almonds with a paper towel
  4. Place on baking tray and splash with apple cider vinegar
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt Cook for 6 hours moving them around the tray periodically
