Shoyu Ramen Soup

Ingredients
  • 6oz Ramen Noodles
  • 3 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • subheading: Toppings:
  • green onion
  • Nori (dried seaweed)
  • Pork Slices
  • bamboo shoot
  • spinach, shredded
Steps
  1. Heat chicken stock then bring to a boil.
  2. Add salt to taste and soy sauce
  3. Simmer for 4 minutes while preparing ramen noodles as per package instructions
  4. Place ramen in four bowls
  5. Pour stock over ramen noodles
  6. Place toppings
  7. Season to taste
