Ingredients

- ½ cup red onion chopped
- ⅓ cup mushrooms chopped
- 1 ½ cup cooked or 1 15-oz. BPA-free can salt-free black beans rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. tahini or almond butter
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tsp white miso paste
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Savory Spice Blend
