  • 1 cup Raw Cashews (Soaked or boiled first)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasonings
  • 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Chili Flakes
  • 4 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • ½ tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk (I used the kind in a refrigerated carton)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ⅛ tsp Dried Parsley (or fresh parsley)
