Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion chopped

  • Big handhul fresh mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes plus fill the can with water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 500g giant beans (large butter beans) or 2 cans butter beans drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive
