  • ⅓ cup chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ¾ cup low fat milk
  • 1 to 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup grated gruyere white cheddar, Swiss, or Gouda cheese

  • ¼ cup pecans toasted, chopped
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme Rinse, pat dry, strip leaves from stem
