Ingredients
  • subheading: Salad:
  • 6 cups kale, sliced thinly and run under  very hot water
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 9 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 3 eggs, hardboiled and quartered
  • sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • subheading: Dressing:
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients into bowl except for eggs, salt and pepper.
  2. Add dressing ingredients into closed container, shake.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad, top eggs, season.
