Ingredients
- subheading: Salad:
- 6 cups kale, sliced thinly and run under very hot water
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 9 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 3 eggs, hardboiled and quartered
- sea salt
- ground black pepper
- subheading: Dressing:
- ½ cup olive oil
- 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced
Steps
- Add all ingredients into bowl except for eggs, salt and pepper.
- Add dressing ingredients into closed container, shake.
- Drizzle dressing over salad, top eggs, season.
