  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
