Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 medium oranges, preferably blood
  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 1 medium shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium jalapeño, thinly sliced, divided
  • ⅔ cup coarsely chopped dill
  • 1 large ripe avocado, halved, pit removed
