  • 1 cup boiling water

  • Two 15-ounce cans full-fat coconut milk, unshaken and refrigerated overnight
  • 1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toasted flaked coconut, for serving
