  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ each green, red, and orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Scallions, for garnish

  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
