  • ½ cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 8 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz. Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 6 garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ stick of Butter, melted
  • 3 Eggs, beaten, divided
  • 3 Puff Pastry Sheets
