Super Easy Low Sodium Hummus
Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz.) of no salt added chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup of no salt added tahini
  • 1 medium garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for topping
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of ice water
