Ingredients

- ¼ teaspoon - ground nutmeg
- subheading: Veggie Mix:
- 2 - leeks, white parts
- 1 to 2 cloves - garlic
- 8 oz - mushrooms
- 1 to 2 - small zucchini
- black pepper to taste
- subheading: And on top:
- 2 - tomatoes sliced
- bread crumbs sprinkled (optional)
- fresh chopped herbs like parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano
- subheading: Random Dillon Cream Sauce (measurements unknown…you got this.):
- soy milk
- cooked garbanzo beans or cashews if you want more fat in there
- lemon juice and zest
- fresh tarragon
- 2 to 3 shallots, diced fine and sautéed
