Ingredients
  • 1 head Napa cabbage, halved lengthwise and chopped
  • 1 bunch carrots, ends removed
  • 1 bunch cilantro, leaves removed and chopped
  • ¼ cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • 4 green onions, ends trimmed and sliced (white and green parts)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chili garlic paste (or 1 garlic clove and a hot sauce such as sriracha)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • black and white sesame seeds (optional)
