  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon dried thyme or dried dill weed, depending on how much herb flavour you want
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • Chopped fresh thyme leaves or dill, garnish to taste (optional)
  • Tartar sauce and lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
