Ingredients
  • 1 onion grated
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 courgette grated
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • 10 mushrooms sliced
  • 1½ cups basmati rice rinsed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp turmeric
Steps
  1. Add oil & sauté the veg for 5 mins
  2. Add rice, salt, spices & stir
  3. Add 320ml water
  4. Set to rice 12 mins, QPR & serve
