Keto pumpkin bread/loaf
Ingredients

  • ¼ cup granulated erythritol sweetener, like Swerve
  • 1 egg large
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp whey powder (I have left this out and it's fine)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup ground Flax
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice, see notes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  •  
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
Steps
  1. 325 for 50 minutes
